Physical Practice as ‘Medicine’:
Untangling Knots to our Goodness & Flow

Monthly | Sundays - 1:30-3pm ET

Session #1: January 25th, 2026 (*Launch class is 1:30-3:30pm ET)

Join us as we explore four yogic systems of physical practice based from Tibet, the Himalayas and West Africa. Drawing from 40+ years of practice plus certification, authorization or ordination across the four systems.

We will spend 12 months (90-minutes per month) in physical practice plus reflection & discussion. We will explore how you’re resourcing yourself physically, energetically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually so that your goodness can flow. We will also support connecting this nourishment to how you’re sharing your gifts in the world via work and other contributions.
