I’m pleased to announce a new cohort opportunity for seasoned deep equity practitioners advancing systems change:  An Equity-Embedded Change Management (EECM)™ Cohort, offered in partnership with Grantmakers for Effective Organizations (GEO).

The series will offer capacity building on core concepts from:  A Change Management & Deep Equity Primer: The What, Why, How & Nuance.  It is open to any equity and systems change capacity builder looking to receive support in your personal, institutional, community and movement practice. I’m excited to share more thinking building off of the Change Management and Deep Equity publication from earlier this year, in response to multiple requests.
