Physical Practice as ‘Medicine’ 12-month Class, 2026: Untangling Knots to our Goodness & Flow

I invite you to join this offering of a year-long class in 2026 on physical practices for realizing our innate goodness and sharing more of our gifts. Many of you may have physical practices that sustain you – from jogging, yoga, walks, gardening, swimming, martial arts, etc. Too often we may neglect our physical well-being for other commitments and obligations, giving so much of ourselves in advancing social systems change.

This is an offering from four systems of physical practice that I’ve been in deeply, received authorization/certification, and taught over the last 40+ years. I invite you to join me in experiencing these systems that may help to reconnect you to your own sources of physical nourishment (and/or introduce you to new ones!). This Physical Practice as ‘Medicine’: Untangling Knots to our Goodness & Flow course will begin on Sunday, January 25th, 2026. 2025 COHORT: Equity-Embedded Change Management (EECM)™

I’m pleased to announce the 2nd Cohort for seasoned practitioners advancing equity-embedded systems change:  An Equity-Embedded Change Management (EECM)™ Cohort, offered in partnership with Grantmakers for Effective Organizations (GEO). The series will offer capacity building on core concepts from:  A Change Management & Deep Equity Primer: The What, Why, How & Nuance. We will particularly be focused on deepening stamina to weather this historical time and stay connected to the long arc of systems change and human transformation.

The Cohort is open to any systems change practitioner (in the various roles you may be in), looking to receive support to advance & deepen your institutional, personal and community-based practice. Applications are open through April 4th, 2025 at 12pm ET.

I’m excited to share more thinking building off of the Change Management and Deep Equity publication from earlier this year, in response to multiple requests.
