2025 COHORT: Equity-Embedded Change Management (EECM)™
I’m pleased to announce the 2nd Cohort for seasoned practitioners advancing equity-embedded systems change: An Equity-Embedded Change Management (EECM)™ Cohort, offered in partnership with Grantmakers for Effective Organizations (GEO). The series will offer capacity building on core concepts from: A Change Management & Deep Equity Primer: The What, Why, How & Nuance. We will particularly be focused on deepening stamina to weather this historical time and stay connected to the long arc of systems change and human transformation.
The Cohort is open to any systems change practitioner (in the various roles you may be in), looking to receive support to advance & deepen your institutional, personal and community-based practice. Applications are open through March 28, 2025.
